广西各级结核病防治机构人力资源调查分析

Investigation and analysis on human resource in control and treatment organizations for tuberculosis in Guangxi

目的了解广西各级结核病防治机构人力资源现状,为进一步优化配备人力资源提供科学依据。方法由广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心统一设计广西结核病防治机构人员调查表,各级结核病防治机构如实填写后逐级进行审核和上报,再由全区疾病预防控制中心对上报的数据进行汇总和分析。结果广西目前有215家结核病防治专业机构,共1972名结防人员;年龄低于40岁占58.37%,学历本科占49.24%,工作年限在10年以下占59.37%,初级及以下职称占46.76%;经济相对发达地市及沿海地区的人力资源较丰富,专业人员从事结核病工作年限较长。结论广西各级结核病防治机构人员数量不足,高学历、高职称人员相对缺乏,地区分布不均。应进一步扩充和加强结核病防治队伍建设和优化人力资源结构,以保证广西遏制结核病行动的可持续发展。

Objective To understand the current human resource situation of tuberculosis(TB)control institution at all levels in Guangxi,and provide a scientific basis for further optimization of human resources.Methods The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention uniformly designed the questionnaire for the staff of Guangxi TB control institutions.All levels of TB control institution fill in the information truthfully and then review and report it at each level.The Guangxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention collects and analyzes the reported data.Results There were 215 professional institutions for TB prevention and treatment in Guangxi,with a total of 1972 codefenders,58.37%were under 40 years of age,49.24%with a bachelor′s degree,59.37%were working experience less than 10 years,and 46.76%were junior title or less.Human resources were more abundant in relatively economically developed cities and costal areas,and professionals have been working with TB for a longer period of time.Conclusion The number of TB control staff is insufficient in Guangxi,relatively lack of highly educated and qualified personnel,uneven regional distribution.It is necessary to further to expand and strengthen the construction of the TB control and treatment team,optimize the structure of human resources to ensure the sustainable development of the Guangxi Stop Tuberculosis Action.
