内江市208例发热呼吸道症候群患者标本检测分析 被引量:2

Detection and analysis on samples of 208 patients with febrile respiratory syndrome in Neijiang

摘要 目的了解内江市发热呼吸道病原体构成,为本地呼吸道感染病原体流行病学提供资料。方法采集2018年10月—2019年10月内江市第二人民医院住院的208例发热呼吸道症候群患者标本,通过实时荧光定量PCR方法对样本进行41种呼吸道病原体核酸检测,并收集患者临床信息。结果208例发热呼吸道症候群患者标本中的核酸检测总阳性例数为136例,阳性率为65.38%,检出病原体17种,复合感染居多,以肺炎链球菌合并其他病毒类病原体感染为主;男女阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.568,P>0.05),男女患者感染的单种病原体分布规律大体一致;不同年龄组病原体检出阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.587,P<0.05);不同季节呼吸道病原体检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.712,P>0.05)。结论内江市发热呼吸道病原谱构成复杂,呼吸道感染以复合感染为主,流感病毒、EB病毒、肺炎链球菌为内江市呼吸道感染的优势病原体;青壮年组呼吸道病原体检出阳性率高于其他年龄组;还需对发热呼吸道症候群患者进行持续监测和深入研究。 Objective To understand the pathogen composition of febrile respiratory syndrome in Neijiang,and to provide data for pathogen epidemiology of local respiratory tract infection.Methods The samples of 208 fever patients with febrile respiratory syndrome infection were collected from Neijiang from October 2018 to October 2019.The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used for nucleic acid assay of 41 pathogen of respiratory tract and the clinical information of patients was collected.Results A total of 136 cases out of 208 samples of febrile respiratory syndrome with the positive rate of 65.38%were tested to be positive in the nucleic acid assay,17 pathogens were detected,most of pathogens were compound infection,and main infection pathogens were Streptococcus pneumoniae combined with other viral pathogen.The results showed that the difference in the positive rate between male and female wasn’t statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.568,P>0.05),and the distribution law of single pathogen was similar between male and female patients.The difference in the positive rate of pathogens in different age groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.587,P<0.05),and the difference in the positive rate of respiratory pathogens in different seasons wasn′t statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.712,P>0.05).Conclusion The pathogen spectrum of febrile respiratory syndrome in Neijiang is complexly composed,and the respiratory tract infection dominated by mainly compound infection.Influenza virus,epstein-barr virus(EB)and Streptococcus pneumoniae are dominant pathogens of respiratory tract infection in Neijiang;the positive rate of respiratory pathogens in young adults is higher than that in other age groups;and it is necessary to conduct monitoring and further study on fever respiratory tract syndrome.
