摘要
江户与明治时期的“国学”理论试图构造一个“纯粹”的古代日本,从而彻底否定中国对日本的影响,职是之故,中国古典文学及文化开始遭到有意的误读,其被视为道德说教的产物而遭受激烈批判。与之相对,永井荷风对明治以后日本社会的全盘西化及民族主义潮流持反思态度,他试图在对江户文艺与中国文学的阅读中找到日本文化的独特定位,他由此反对一概否定中国文学,认为其中有着“尚未熄灭的生命”。但受町人文化及西方文艺理念影响的他又主张“艺术至上主义”,从而拒绝权力与道德对艺术的凌驾,是以他对中国古典文学的解读需经过其艺术之网的过滤,从而使得其阐释带有一种鲜明的选择性倾向。
The Kokugaku(国学)of Edo and Meiji period Tried to construct a“pure”ancient Japan,thus they can deny the influence of China on Japan.Due to this,Chinese classical literature and culture began to be deliberately misunderstood.It was considered as a hypocritical product of moral preaching and was highly criticized.In contrast,Nagai Kafuu took a reflective attitude towards the overall westernization and nationalism of the society since Meiji period.He tried to find a unique position of Japanese culture in the interpretation of Edo literature&art and Chinese literature,so he opposed the completely denial of Chinese literature,he think in which there is a“life that has not extinguished.”However,due to influence by the culture of tyounin(町人)and the Western literary concepts,he advocated“artistic supremacism.”Therefore,he rejected the right of overriding art by power and morality.Under this circumstance,the interpretation of Chinese classical literature must through the procedure of filtration by his net of art,which makes his interpretation shows a distinct selective tendency.
