基于农户空间重构和功能整合意愿的村域尺度居民点布局优化

Layout Optimization of Rural Settlement in Village Area Based on Households’Willingness to Spatial Reconstruction and Functional Integration

以宜兴市官林镇前城村为例,采用实地调查法、多因素综合评价法、加权Voronoi图等,基于农户居民点空间重构和功能整合意愿,评价了居民点影响力并进行了布局优化研究。结果表明:(1)农户居民点空间重构意愿受人均耕地面积、交通通达度等因素影响,功能整合意愿受房屋舒适度和公共服务设施配套程度等因素影响;(2)居民点空间和综合影响力各等级自然村数量呈倒U型分布,功能影响力各等级自然村数量差异较小,西荡村空间和综合影响力分值较高,华家村功能和综合影响力分值较低;(3)不同等级居民点可采取适度发展、保留整合、迁移合并的布局优化模式,据此划定江庄圩、培庄、回图、西荡、东街里5大集聚区。研究结果可为研究区村级国土空间规划提供参考,也对其开展全域整治、实现土地资源有效利用提供了指导。

Taking Qiancheng Village Guanlin Town,Yixing City as an example,the author studied the layout optimization of rural settlement land based on households’willingness of spatial reconstruction and functional integration by field survey,multi-factor comprehensive evaluation and weighted Voronoi diagram.The results show that:(1)Household’willingness to spatial reconstruction is influenced by per capita annual arable land area,traffic accessibility and so on.Household’willingness to functional integration is influenced by house comfort,public service facilities and so on.(2)The distribution of spatial and comprehensive influence levels of the natural villages is an inverted U structure,while that of functional influence is relatively average.The spatial influence levels of Xidang Village is the highest,and the functional and comprehensive influence levels of Huaxi Village is the lowest.(3)According to comprehensive influence levels,the optimization models are moderate development,retention consolidation and migration merge,and five resident gathering areas are put forward,including Jiangzhuangwei,Peizhuang,Huitu,Xidang and Dongjieli.The research results can provide reference for the village level land spatial planning,the whole area regulation and the effective utilization of land resources.
