背吃刀量对车削42CrMoA钢表面粗糙度及切屑的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用硬质合金涂层刀具,利用单因素试验法进行了车削42CrMoA钢试验,得到了改变背吃刀量对表面粗糙度及切屑长度影响的规律,提供了车削42CrMoA钢精加工阶段的背吃刀量参考值。结果表明:当切屑呈螺旋状规则形状时,表面粗糙度值随着背吃刀量的增加而降低;当切屑变为碎屑时,表面粗糙度值呈现不规则的变化趋势;当背吃刀量继续加大,切屑堆积在前刀面上,切削过程排屑不良导致表面粗糙度值升高。车削42CrMoA时,背吃刀量对切屑长度的影响很大,切屑长度随着背吃刀量的增加先增加后减小。
