西北农村窖水水质与生物降解作用分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Water Quality and Biodegradation of Cellar Water in Rural Areas of Northwest China

摘要 针对不同集雨面不同时期的窖水水质污染特征和生物降解作用研究薄弱的问题,以西北某农村水泥窖水为对象,通过为期一年的水质监测,考察了常规参数和细菌学参数的变化过程,评价了水质的优劣状况,分析了微生物群落结构.结果表明:窖水水质因时间序列的不同而有所不同,且受集雨面影响较大;以砖瓦屋顶和水泥地面作为集雨面的窖水水质最优;与常规污染因子相比,细菌学污染(细菌总数和总大肠杆菌群)较为突出;高通量测序分析发现集雨面的不同显著影响了微生物群落结构,且低丰度菌也可能对微生物群落有着巨大贡献. In view of the insufficient research on the characteristics of cellar water pollution and biodegradation in different periods of different rain-collecting surfaces,taking water from a rural cement cellar in the northwest as an object,through the one-year water quality monitoring,the change process of conventional parameters and bacteriological parameters was investigated,the water quality was evaluated,and the microbial community structure was analyzed.The results show that the quality of cellar water varies due to the time series,and is greatly affected by the rainwater collection surface;The cellar water with brick roof and concrete floor as rainwater collection surface has the best water quality;Compared with the conventional pollution factors,bacteriological pollution(total number of bacteria and total coliforms)is more prominent;The high-through put sequencing analysis has found that the difference in rainwater harvesting surface wouldsignificantly affect the microbial community structure,and low-abundance bacteria may also have a huge contribution to the microbial community.
