延续护理在腹膜透析患者中的应用

Application of continuous nursing in patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨延续护理在腹膜透析患者中的应用。方法选取2020年6月至2021年5月于广东省云浮市人民医院肾内科进行腹膜透析的60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者运用延续性护理干预,对照组患者运用常规护理干预。观察两组患者的遵医行为、生存质量以及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者的遵医率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项健康调查量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率为10.00%(3/30),低于对照组的30.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹膜透析患者中运用延续护理,可改善患者的遵医行为,提高生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application of continuing nursing in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in the Department of Nephrology,Yunfu People's Hospital,Guangdong Province from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Continuous nursing intervention was used in the observation group and routine nursing intervention was used in the control group.The medical compliance behavior,quality of life and complications of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group of 63.33%(19/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%(3/30),which was lower than 30.33%(10/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing in patients with peritoneal dialysis can improve their medical compliance behavior,improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
