摘要
液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,简称LNG)作为清洁、高效、低碳能源越来越受到政府的重视和企业的青睐。同时,LNG接收站项目在接卸、储存、气化与外输过程中的自身能耗也不容小觑,冷能、压能的余能利用也有较大潜力。结合上海LNG接收站及其他同类接收站的探索实践,系统阐述了LNG接收站项目节能降碳发展的思路、方法和前景,包括在项目建设阶段优化工艺设计、选用高效节能设备,在运营阶段优化设备运行、电气运行和设备检维修管理,充分开发LNG冷能和压能的余能利用项目等,为目前国内大量LNG接收站项目的节能降碳以及余能利用提供参考。
Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG),as a clean,efficient and low-carbon energy source,is increasingly valued by the government and favored by enterprises.At the same time,the energy consumption of LNG terminal projects in the process of receiving,unloading,storage,gasification and transportation should not be underestimated and the utilization potential of LNG cold energy and LNG pressure energy is great.Combining with the exploration of Shanghai LNG terminal and other similar LNG terminals,this thesis Combined with the exploration and practice of Shanghai LNG terminal and other similar terminals,this paper systematically expounds the ideas,methods and prospects of energy saving and carbon reduction development of LNG terminal projects,including optimizing process design and selecting high efficiency and energy-saving equipment in the project construction phase,optimizing equipment operation and electrical operation and equipment maintenance management in the operational phase,making the utmost of LNG cold energy and LNG compressed energy in residual energy utilization projects,etc.It provides a reference for a large number of domestic LNG terminal projects in energy saving,carbon reduction and residual energy utilization.
