摘要 植物多糖是由植物细胞代谢产生的有多重生物活性的成分,具有类型多、来源广泛、药理作用强和毒副作用小等特点。断奶仔猪易受到环境、生理、饲料、病原等因素的影响产生强应激,抗生素可以有效改善这种断奶应激综合征,但抗生素的滥用对畜产品造成了很大的威胁。随着“禁抗令”的全面推行,植物多糖作为一种“绿色饲料添加剂”成为了替抗添加剂的研究热点。文章综述了植物多糖抗氧化、抗病毒、调节机体免疫等生理功能及植物多糖在促进断奶仔猪生长发育、改善仔猪肠道健康、调节仔猪免疫力方面的最新研究进展,旨在为植物多糖在断奶仔猪生产中的应用提供科学依据。 Plant polysaccharides are components with multiple biological activities produced by the metabolism of plant cells. Plant polysaccharides have the characteristics of multiple types, wide sources, strong pharmacological effects, and low toxic and side effects. Weaned piglets are susceptible to factors such as environment, physiology,feed, pathogens, etc, resulting in severe stress. Antibiotics can effectively ease this weaning stress syndrome, but the abuse of antibiotics poses a great threat to livestock products. With the full implementation of the "Ban antibiotics order", the "green feed additive" of plant polysaccharides has become a research hotspot for additives to replace antibiotics. This review focuses on the physiological functions of plant polysaccharides such as anti-oxidation,antiviral, and regulate animal immunity, as well as the latest progress of plant polysaccharides in promoting the growth performance, improving piglet intestinal health, and regulating the immunity of weaned piglets, the purpose is to provide a scientific basis for the application of plant polysaccharides in the production of weaned piglets.
