云南地方猪产业发展现状初步调查与建议

Preliminary Investigation and Suggestions for the Development of Autochthonous Pig Industry in Yunnan

云南作为我国畜禽资源最为丰富的省份,加强地方猪的保护和利用对促进云南省生猪产业发展具有重要的作用。为了解地方猪产业发展现状,调查16家地方猪养殖企业基本情况和产业发展现状,发现存在遗传资源收集和保护力度还不足、规模化程度不高、养殖方式相对落后、特色品牌建设滞后和科技创新能力不强等问题,提出了加大遗传资源的收集和保护力度、积极开展“三品一标”行动、加大科技投入的建议,以为云南地方猪产业高质量发展提供参考。

Yunnan has the most abundant livestock and poultry resources in China;therefore, it is very important to protect and utilize the autochthonous pigs to promote the development of the local pig industry in Yunnan. In order to understand the current situation of the development of autochthonous pig industry in Yunnan, this paper explores the basic situations of 16 local pig breeding enterprises and the current development situations. It is found that there are problems associated with the current industry, such as insufficient collection and protection of genetic resources, low degree of scale, relatively outdated breeding methods, lagging in thee stablishment of unique brands and weak innovation ability. This paper will propose suggestions for the development of high-quality local pig industry in Yunnan. The suggestions are increasing the collection and protection of genetic resources, actively carrying out the action of "three products and one standard" and increasing the investment in the research and development of science and technology.
