全民健身需求下健身气功基层社团组织管理模式研究

Research on the Organization and Management Mode of Basic-level Health Qigong Associations under the Demand for National Fitness

文章采用文献资料法和实地访问等研究方法,研究基层社团组织管理,探析健身气功广泛传播的管理模式。结果显示:健身气功基层社团内部管理要在“教”的理论上 “取清祛浊”,丰富健身气功“教”的文化理论,提升教学者的知识技能储备;优化高校、医务工作者和办公室工作人员等“学”的人群范围,规范功法的应用实践,扩大“教”的对象;社团学习的结果评价和激励手段通过“谁来激励?怎么激励?”来解决社团组织管理的规范问题;发挥社会体育公共服务资源优势,高效利用普通高校的资源为健身气功基层社团提供场地、理论知识、人才的支持;应用网络视频、手机APP等比赛交流手段促进健身气功的共享学习;“教”“学”“练”“赛”四位一体的组织管理。

This paper adopts the research methods of literature and field visit to study the management of grassroots communities and explore the management mode of Health qigong spreading widely.The results show that the internal management of Health qigong grass-roots communities should "clear and remove turbidity" in the theory of "teaching",enrich the cultural theory of "teaching",and improve the knowledge storage of teaching skills;In colleges and universities,medical workers and office workers and other "learning" the range of different treatment,The application practice of standard function method,expand the "teaching" the range of objects;The outcomes of community learning are evaluated and incentivized by addressing the question "who motivates?How?"To promote regulation;Give full play to the advantages of public service resources of social sports,and make use of the resources of ordinary universities to provide venues,theoretical knowledge and talent support for the grassroots communities of Health qigong;Application of network video,smartphone APP and other competition communication means to promote the Shared learning of Health qigong;"Teaching","learning","practice","competition" four aspects of the organization and management standardization.
