摘要
为了在飞行仿真过程中模拟出起落架地面运动的真实特性,在不简化气动、机械、航电及动力等模型基础上,提出一种面向飞行仿真的起落架地面运动分布式建模仿真方法。对起落架地面运动状态进行受力分析,得到起落架相对于地面的摩擦力和相对于飞机本体的支反力;通过设计分布式仿真接口模块,将气动、机械、航电及动力等模型集成为一个完整的飞行仿真模型;将飞行仿真应用于某特定飞行场景中,得到起落架地面运动的动态特性。仿真结果表明:方法能快速实现飞行仿真中起落架地面运动的真实特性,包含起落架落震、转弯、刹车等基本功能,为民机系统数字设计提供工程思路。
In order to simulate the real characteristics of the ground motion of the landing gear in the flight simulation process, a distributed modeling simulation of the ground motion of the landing gear for supporting flight simulation is proposed without simplifying the aerodynamic, mechanical, avionics and power models.Firstly, the force analysis of the ground motion state of the landing gear is carried out, and the friction force of the landing gear relative to the ground and the support reaction force relative to the aircraft body are obtained.The model is integrated into a complete flight simulation model.Finally, the flight simulation is applied to a specific flight scene to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the ground motion of the landing gear.The results show that the simulation method can quickly realize the real characteristics of the ground motion of the landing gear in flight simulation, including basic functions such as landing gear shock, steering, braking, etc.,and provides engineering ideas for the digital design of civil aircraft systems.
