正余弦旋转变压器在高升力系统中的应用技术研究

摘要 位移传感器多用在各种控制系统中,用于获取控制对象的位移信息。高升力系统是大型飞机实现安全起飞和着陆的独立分系统,实现对襟翼/缝翼的控制。在高升力系统中用正余弦旋转变压器代替RVDT传感器,避免了激励信号波动对采集结果的影响。在高升力控制计算机中采用国产芯片实现了正余弦旋转变压器的解调,为解决平方和监控方法易受激励信号影响的问题,提出了正余弦旋转变压器的变压比监控方法。使高升力控制系统能更准确获取襟翼/缝翼的作动信息,提高了高升力控制系统的准确性和可靠性。 Displacement sensors are used in various control systems to collect displacement information of control objects.High lift system is an independent subsystem for large aircraft to achieve safe take-off and landing, which completes the control of flap/slat.Replacing RVDT sensor with positive cosine resolver in high lift system.The effect of excitation signal fluctuation on acquisition results is avoided.The demodulation of sine cosine resolver is realized by using domestic chip in high lift control computer.In order to solve the problem that the square sum monitoring method is easily affected by the excitation signal, a variable voltage ratio monitoring method for the sine cosine resolver is designed.The high lift control system can obtain the flap/slat actuation information more accurately, and improve the accuracy and reliability of the high lift control system.
