小直径钻孔灌注桩借助机械施工,是一种依靠机械自动化的桩施工工艺。该工艺中,钻机可以在钻孔的同时完成压灌混凝土的工作,突破了施工平台的局限,防止多设备交叉作业产生问题。本文结合广州市轨道交通二十一号线镇龙车辆段工程,先阐述了钻进成孔、混凝土浇筑和钢筋笼下放的原理,然后总结了小直径灌注桩长螺旋施工中常见的质量问题及防范措施,如钢筋笼安装、导管堵塞等方面,以保证工程的整体质量。

Small-diameter bored pile is a kind of pile construction technology relying on mechanical automation with the help of mechanical construction.In this process,the drilling rig can complete the work of pressing and pouring concrete at the same time,breaking through the limitation of the construction platform and preventing the problems caused by the cross operation of multiple equipment.Combined with Zhenlong Depot Project of Line 21 of Guangzhou Rail Transit,this paper first expounds the principles of drilling into holes,concrete pouring and rebar cage placement,and then summarizes the small-diameter filling pile common quality problems in the long spiral construction and protection measures,such as loose-placement of reinforcing cage,installation and catheter jam,etc.,to ensure the overall quality of the project.
