摘要
如何有效调动人力资源的主观能动性、提高工作效率、促进科技成果产出及转化是当前科研事业单位人力资源开发研究的重要课题。本文从薪酬激励视角出发,探究科研事业单位人力资源开发过程中出现的多种问题,并重点分析,有针对性地提出解决措施,为科研事业单位发展提供更有力的保障。
How to effectively mobilize the subjective initiative of human resources,improve work efficiency and promote the output and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important topic in the research of human resources development in scientific research institutions.From the perspective of salary incentive,this paper explores various problems in the process of human resources development of scientific research institutions and focuses on analysis,and then puts forward targeted solutions to provide a more powerful guarantee for the de‐velopment of scientific research institutions.
