CT及MRI技术在肝内胆管癌诊断中的联合应用效果及准确率分析

Effect and accuracy of the combined of CT with MRI in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

目的:分析给予肝内胆管癌患者CT、MRI技术联合诊断的应用效果及准确率。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月—2020年6月经青州市人民医院病理及手术确诊的48例肝内胆管癌患者的CT、MRI技术影像诊断的临床资料,以病理结果为金标准,分析CT、MRI技术联合应用效果及准确率。结果:48例肝内胆管癌患者中,33例病灶分布于肝左叶,15例分布于肝右叶,肿瘤类型包括23例肿块型、12例浸润狭长型、7例腔内生长型、6例肿块不明确型,CT、MRI联合诊断的准确率为95.83%,高于CT、MRI诊断的准确率70.83%、81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT、MRI技术联合应用于肝内胆管癌患者的诊断中,可对患者病灶分布位置、肿瘤类型进行准确判定,相较于单一应用CT或MRI诊断具较高准确率及应用价值,可为临床后续治疗开展提供参考依据。

Objective To analyze the effect and accuracy of application of CT combined with MRI diagnosis for patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods The clinical data of CT and MRI imaging diagnosis of 48 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology and surgery in Qingzhou People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The effect and accuracy of the application of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis were analyzed using pathological results as the gold standard.Results Among 48 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,33 lesions were distributed in the left lobe of liver,15 in the right lobe of liver.Tumor types included 23 cases of mass type,12 cases of infiltrating narrow type,7 cases of luminal growth type,and 6 cases of ambiguous mass type.The accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis was 95.83%,higher than CT or MRI diagnosis accuracy of 70.83%or 81.25%(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma can accurately determine the location of the patient’s lesions and tumor types.Compared with the single application of CT or MRI diagnosis,it has higher accuracy and application value,Provide reference basis for clinical follow-up treatment.
