64排CT血管成像在肝癌介入诊疗中的应用价值

Application value of 64-row CT angiography in interventional diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer

目的:探究肝癌介入诊疗中64排CT血管成像的临床应用价值。方法:择取2019年4月—2021年4月期间在阳谷县人民医院行介入治疗的56例肝癌患者为研究对象,观察患者介入治疗前实施64排CT血管成像后对肿瘤供血动脉的显示效果,并将该结果与数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)检查的显示效果进行对比分析。结果:虽然64排CT血管成像与DSA检查显示的肿瘤供血动脉数量相比无较大差异,但64排CT血管成像可更清晰地显示肿瘤供血动脉的三维图像,而DSA检查却无法做到。同时对比容积再现技术(volume reformation,VR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)对肿瘤供血动脉及肿瘤血管显示能力后发现,组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:合理应用64排CT血管成像技术,既可协助疾病诊断,又可为介入治疗提供重要血管信息资料,对肝癌介入治疗存在显著指导意义,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of 64-row CT angiography in interventional diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.Methods 56 patients with liver cancer treated in Yanggu County People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research object,to observe the imaging results of 64-row CT angiography on tumor supplying arteries before interventional therapy,and the the results were compared with the display effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) examination.Results Although 64-row CT angiography showed no significant difference in the number of tumor supplying arteries compared with DSA examination,64-row CT angiography could more clearly display the three-dimensional image of tumor supplying arteries,while DSA examination could not.At the same time,after comparing the display ability of volume reformation(VR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) on tumor blood supply arteries and tumor blood vessels,it was found that there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The rational application of 64-row CT angiography can not only assist in disease diagnosis,but also provide important vascular information for interventional therapy,which has significant guiding for the interventional therapy of liver cancer,and is worthy of widespread application.
