中风1号合剂联合耳穴压豆治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhongfeng No.1Mixture Combined with Auricular Point Pressing in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探究中风1号合剂联合耳穴压豆治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 此次研究时间为1年6个月,时间在2019年4月—2020年10月,以期间的200名急性脑梗死患者为对象,以随机数字表法分组,对照组100例采用常规治疗方案,观察组100例用中医方案,给予中药内服联合耳穴压豆治疗,中药为医院制剂“中风1号合剂”,2组治疗14 d,观察疗效并对比,采用Barthel指数MBI指数对比2组康复效果。结果 总有效率对比,观察组为93.0%,对照组为81.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组的Barthel指数和MBI评分相近(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组的各项评分较对照组均有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论中风1号合剂联合耳穴压豆是中医传统特色疗法的体现,在治疗急性脑梗死上的疗效确切,可有效改善患者的康复效果,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng No.1 mixture combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods This study lasted for 1 year and 6 months,from April 2019 to October 2020,200 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(100 cases) and observation group(100 cases) according to the number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with auricular point pressing.After 14 days of treatment,the curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups.Barthel Index and MBI index were used to compare the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was93.0% in the observation group and 81.0% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Barthel Index and MBI scores of the two groups were similar before treatment(P> 0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion Zhongfeng No.1 mixture combined with auricular point pressing is the embodiment of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,which has exact curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,and has high application value.
