麻杏石甘汤治疗支原体肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的 探讨加减麻杏石甘汤对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平的影响。方法 选择沁水县中医医院102例支原体肺炎患儿,选取年限为2018年1月—2020年1月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)和试验组(51例)。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合加减麻杏石甘汤治疗,7 d为一个疗程,2组患儿均治疗3个疗程。对比2组患儿治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能指标及血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后2组患儿咽红肿、痰黄而多、咳嗽气喘症状积分、PEF、血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;治疗后2组患儿VPTEF水平升高,且试验组低于对照组;治疗后2组患儿TPTEF水平升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 加减麻杏石甘汤可有效缓解支原体肺炎患儿中医证候,改善肺功能,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction on pulmonary function and serum levels of IL-6,IL-8and CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 102 patients with children with mycoplasma pneumonia in Qinshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The collection period was from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into experimental group(n= 51) and control group(n= 51) by random number table method.The control group was given azithromycin treatment,and the experimental group was treated with modified Maxing Shigan decoction on the basis of the control group.7 days was a course of treatment.Two groups of children were treated for 3 courses.The traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) symptom score,lung function index,serum IL-6,IL-8 and CRP levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,pharynx redness and swelling,phlegm yellow and more,cough and asthma symptom score,PEF,serum IL-6,IL-8 and CRP levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.After treatment,the level of VPTEF in the two groups increased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.( allP< 0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxing Shigan decoction can effectively relieve the TCM symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,improve lung function and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
