温针灸联合腰部夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Jiaji(EX-B2)in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 讨论温针灸联合腰部夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法 将宜阳县中医院2020年1月—2020年10月收治的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(常规针灸联合腰部夹脊穴)与研究组(温针灸联合腰部夹脊穴)各29例,观察指标:疗效、中医证候积分、腰椎功能、炎症因子水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率93.1%明显高于对照组的68.97%,P<0.05。治疗前2组患者中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗后研究组患者的腰腿疼痛、肢体发凉、疲乏无力、转侧不利指标均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组患者腰椎功能对比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗后研究组患者JOA评分明显比对照组高、ODI评分明显比对照组低,P<0.05。治疗前2组患者炎症因子对比,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗后研究组患者的白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血栓素B2指标均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 温针灸联合腰部夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效较高,利于尽快改善不良症状及炎症因子水平,且利于尽早恢复腰椎功能。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of warming needle moxibustion combined with Jiaji( EX-B2) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Yiyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(conventional acupuncture combined with Jiaji(EX-B2)) and a study group(warming needle moxibustion combined with Jiaji(EX-B2)),with 29 patients in each.The following outcomes were observed:efficacy,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),lumbar function and levels of inflammatory factors.Results The effective rate of 93.1% in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.97%),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores among patients(P> 0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lumbar and leg pain,limb coolness,fatigue and weakness,and adverse side rotation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lumbar function between patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the JOA score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the ODI score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory cytokines between patients(P> 0.05).After treatment,the indexes of interleukin-6,tumor factor-α and thrombotinB2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion combined with Jiaji(EX-B2)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a higher therapeutic effect,which is conducive to improving adverse symptoms and inflammatory factors as soon as possible,and can be conducive to restoring lumbar function as soon as possible.
