电刺激生物反馈联合补中益气汤治疗子宫脱垂临床观察

Influence of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Pelvic Floor Muscle Potential and Disease-related Factors in Patients with Uterine Prolapse

目的探讨电刺激生物反馈联合补中益气汤对子宫脱垂患者盆底肌电位及疾病相关因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年1月收治的150例经阴道分娩的子宫脱垂患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各75例。A组给予低频电刺激及生物反馈治疗,B组患者在此基础上联合补中益气汤治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后的中医证候气虚积分,盆底肌电位值及血清TGF-β_(1)、IGF-1水平。结果治疗8周后,B组患者的治疗总有效率为94.67%,高于A组的80.00%;与治疗前比较,治疗后2组气虚积分呈下降趋势,且B组低于A组;与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者的肌电位值和血清TGF-β_(1)、IGF-1水平均升高,且B组高于A组(均P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合补中益气汤可以更有效地减轻子宫脱垂患者的临床症状,改善患者的气虚状况,提升患者盆底肌电位值和疾病相关因子水平,进而提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the influence of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on pelvic floor muscle potential and disease-related factors in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods 150 patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given low-frequency electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy,and the test group was given Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of low-frequency electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical effect after treatment was compared.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of qi deficiency,pelvic floor muscle potential and serum TGF-β_(1)and IGF-1 levels before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the test group was94.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of qi deficiency in the two groups showed a downward trend after treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group.Compared with before treatment,the myoelectric potential value and serum TGF-β_(1)and IGF-1 levels of the two groups of patients after treatment increased,and the test group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction can more effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with uterine prolapse,improve the patient’s qi deficiency,increase the patient’s muscle potential and disease-related factors,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
