2020年呼和浩特市蒙医中医医院中药注射剂应用情况分析

Analysis on the Application of Chinese Medicine Injection in Hohhot Hospital of Mongolian and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020

目的 分析呼和浩特市蒙医中医医院2020年中药注射剂合理应用情况,为临床合理用药做参考。方法 对2020年1561份中药注射剂的病历点评结果按照中药注射剂科室使用情况、不合理用药类型等进行数据分析。结果 1696条中药注射剂医嘱中,合理医嘱1003条,不合理医嘱693条,其中不合理医嘱表现为适应证不适宜(5.84%)、用法用量不适宜(88.17%)、联合用药不适宜(5.63%)、存在配伍禁忌或不良相互作用(0.72%)。结论 中药注射剂在临床应用中日益广泛,临床医师应避免超说明书用药,临床药师要协助医师促进临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the rational application of Chinese medicine injections in Hohhot Hospital of Mongolian and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020,and to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods The medical records review results of 1561Chinese medicine injections in 2020 were analyzed according to the use of Chinese medicine injections in departments and types of irrational drug use.Results Among the 1696 medical orders for Chinese medicine injections,there were 1003 reasonable medical orders and 693unreasonable medical orders,among which the unreasonable medical orders were unsuitable for indications( 5.84%),unsuitable for usage and dosage( 88.17%),unsuitable for combination medication( 5.63%),incompatibility or adverse interaction( 0.72%).Conclusion Chinese medicine injections are widely used in clinical practice.Conclusion should avoid off-label drug use and clinical pharmacists should assist physicians to promote rational drug use in clinical practice.
