康复新液联合锡类散对肛周脓肿及肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Xilei Powder on Wound Healing after Perianal Abscess and Anal Fistula Operation

目的 通过对比观察康复新液联合锡类散对肛周脓肿、肛瘘术后患者创面恢复的影响。方法 将60例患者平均划分为2组,研究组30例,予康复新液结合锡类散换药;对照组30例,予0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗换药。结果 研究组的术后疼痛、创面渗出、愈合时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 康复新液联合锡类散能有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减少创面渗出,促进切口愈合,深受患者的认可。

Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Xilei powder on the wound recovery of patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula by comparison.Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups on average.The study group was given Kangfuxin solution combined with Xilei powder for dressing change.Thecontrol group was given 0.9% sodium chloride injection for washing and dressing change.Results The postoperative pain,wound exudation and healing time of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with Xilei powder can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce wound exudation,promote wound healing,and is highly recognized by patients.
