六味地黄丸联合低聚果糖治疗妊娠期糖尿病36例

Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined with Fructose Oligosaccharide in the Treatment of 36 cases of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨六味地黄丸联合低聚果糖治疗妊娠期糖尿病( GDM) 患者的效果及母婴结局。方法 选取鹿邑县人民医院2018 年 8 月—2020 年 1 月接收的 72 例 GDM 患者,进行随机分组,每组 36 例,分为西医组和中西医组。其中,西医组主要是实施低聚果糖治疗,中西医组在西医组的基础上加上六味地黄丸进行治疗。对比 2 组血糖[空腹血糖( FPG) 、用餐后 2 h 的血糖( 2 h PG) ]以及新生儿的免疫功能[T 淋巴细胞亚群( CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/ CD8^(+)) 水平]。结果 对比治疗前和治疗 1 个月之后 2 组的 FPG和 2 h PG 水平,治疗后明显低于治疗前,且中西医组低于西医组( P < 0.05)。中西医组的新生儿 T 淋巴细胞亚群 CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/ CD8^(+)都明显高于西医组( P < 0.05)。中西医组的妊娠结局羊水过多、产后出血、感染、妊娠期高血压、胎膜早破发生率均显著低于西医组( P < 0.05)。结论 六味地黄丸联合低聚果糖治疗妊娠期糖尿病有利于孕妇的血糖控制,同时对新生儿的免疫功能有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with fructose oligosaccharide in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM).Methods 72 GDM patients received by Luyi People’s Hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomized,with 36 patients in each group.They were divided into western medicine group and combined medicine group.Among them,the western medicine group mainly implemented oligofructose therapy,and the combined group mainly applied Liuwei Dihuang pill based on the western medicine group.Blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose( FPG),2 hours post meal glucose( 2 h PG) ]as well as immune function[T lymphocyte subsets( CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/ CD8^(+)) levels]were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the FPG and 2 h PG levels of the two groups before treatment and after 1 month of treatment,the levels of FPG and 2 h PG were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and they were lower in the combined group than in the western medicine group ( P < 0.05 ).The T lymphocyte subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/ CD8^(+)of newboms in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group ( P < 0.05 ).Pregnancy outcomes polyhydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage,infection,gestational hypertension,and premature rupture of membranes were significantly lower in the combined group than in the western medicine group ( P < 0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with fructose oligosaccharide is beneficial to the glycemic control of pregnant women,while it has a protective effect on the immune function of newboms.
