张东伟益气温阳散结法治疗晚期肺腺癌临床分析

晚期肺腺癌作为晚期肺癌中最为常见的类型之一,其临床治疗收效不佳,严重威胁了患者的生命健康。张东伟主任从事20余年的肺腺癌中医临床治疗工作,在理论结合临床实践的基础上认为晚期肺腺癌证多属“阴”和“寒”,在治疗过程中应重视“益气温阳”中药的使用,临床治疗中收效显著。此文对张东伟主任“益气温阳”思想进行具体分析和总结,为中医治疗恶性肿瘤思想提供参考。

As one of the more common types of advanced lung cancer,advanced lung adenocarcinoma is a serious threat to the life and health of patients due to its poor clinical treatment.Director Zhang Dongwei has been engaged in the clinical treatment of lung adenocarcinoma with traditional Chinese medicine for more than 20 years.Based on the combination of theory and clinical practice,he believes that the symptoms of advanced lung adenocarcinoma are mostly “yin” and “cold”.In the treatment process,we should pay attention to the use of traditional Chinese medicine benefiting qi and warming yang for dispersing knot,which has achieved remarkable results in clinical treatment.This paper makes a detailed analysis and summary of director Zhang Dongwei’s thought of “benefiting qi and warming yang for dispersing knot”,and provides reference for the thought of treating malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.
