高等教育内涵式发展背景下高校图书馆建设的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Libraries in Universities and Colleges in the Context of Connotation-based development of Higher Education

作为高校基础设施的重要组成部分,图书馆建设管理水平的高低对高校教育教学和科研工作开展有重要影响,也是衡量高校办学水平的重要标志。但高校图书馆仍存在管理理念落后、管理模式单一、服务能力不足、技术手段陈旧等问题。在高等教育内涵式发展背景下,应从资源挖掘、功能再造、服务优化、智慧化和人员队伍等方面着手加强高校图书馆建设,实现图书馆事业高质量发展,为广大师生提供更好的服务保障。

As an important part of university(college)infrastructure,the level of library construction and management has significant influence on the implementation of teaching and researching in colleges and universities,and it is also a vital indicator for the schooling level.However,there are some problems involving university(college)libraries,such as backward ideas concerning their management,the single management mode,insufficient service ability,outdated technical means and the like.In the context of connotation-based development of higher education,the construction of university(college)libraries can be strengthened in terms of resource mining,function re-creation,service optimization,intelligence development and personnel management,in an effort to realize the high-quality development of librarianship and provide better service for teachers and students.
