摘要
本研究利用振荡平衡法研究了高铁酸钾(K_(2)FeO_(4))作用下溶液中磺胺类抗生素的降解效果。研究人员观察了溶液pH值、K_(2)FeO_(4)投加量、磺胺初始浓度和不同浓度的阴、阳离子对去除效果的影响,并以大肠杆菌为研究对象研究了抗生素磺胺对大肠杆菌的毒性效应。结果表明:当溶液pH为3、磺胺初始浓度为10mg/L、K_(2)FeO_(4)投加浓度为200mg/L时,反应30分钟后,磺胺的降解率可达到89.91%。研究发现,溶液pH值、K_(2)FeO_(4)投加量、磺胺初始浓度和不同浓度的阴、阳离子对磺胺的去除效果均有显著的影响。
In this study,the degradation effect of sulfonamide antibiotics in the solution was studied by means of the concussion balance method with the action of potassium ferrate(K_(2)FeO_(4)).The researchers evaluated the effects of pH value in solution,dosage of potassium ferrate dosage,initial concentration of sulfanilamide and anion,as well as different concentration of positive and negative ions on the removal of sulfonamide antibiotics.Finally,the toxic effect of sulfonamide on E.coli was studied with E.coli as a researching object.The results show that when the solution pH is 3,initial concentration of sulfanilamide is 10 mg/L and the dosage of potassium ferrate is 200 mg/L,the degradation rate of sulfanilamide can reach 89.91%after 30-min reaction time.The study reveals that such factors as pH value of the solution,the dosage of potassium ferrate,initial concentration of sulfanilamide,as well as different concentration of positive and negative ions,have significant effect on the removal of sulfanilamide.
