摘要
高职教育具有高等教育和职业教育双重属性,承担着培养现代企业一线需求的高素质技术技能型人才的重要使命。高职校园文化与企业文化存在着天然联系,校企文化对接是校企合作的精神纽带。校企文化对接,既是高职院校发展的需要,也是企业文化提升的需要。在把握主体性原则、系统性原则和选择性原则的基础上,实现校企精神文化、物质文化、制度文化和行为文化的对接是校企双方共同发展的路径选择。
Characteristic of dual attributes—higher education and vocational education,higher vocational education undertakes the important mission of training high-quality skilled technical talents needed in the front-line production of modern enterprises.There is a natural connection between higher vocational campus culture and corporate culture.As a spiritual link of college-enterprise cooperation,the docking of campus culture and corporate culture is for not only the development of higher vocational institutes but also the promotion of corporate culture.On the basis of the principles of subjectivity,systematization and selectivity,it is the chosen path to the common development of colleges and enterprise to realize the docking of bilateral spiritual,material,systematic and behavioral cultures.
