摘要
文章运用Malmquist-Luenberger指数测算了碳生产率,以中国30个省区市2003—2018年的数据为样本,通过动态面板GMM和中介效应检验方法,分析对外直接投资对碳生产率的影响机制。研究结果表明,对外直接投资对碳生产率提升具有直接显著的正向推动作用,同时,对外直接投资通过产业结构与技术进步间接促进碳生产率的提升。控制变量人力资本、对外开放水平、金融发展水平、城镇化水平是影响碳生产率的显著正相关因素,能源结构的改善有利于碳生产率的提升,外商直接投资与碳生产率之间存在负相关的关系。分地区样本的实证检验中,东部地区对外直接投资对碳生产率的影响更大。
Based on China’s 30 provinces data, this paper uses the Malmquist-Luenberger index to measure the carbon productivity from 2003 to 2018. This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of foreign direct investment on carbon productivity through the dynamic panel GMM and the intermediary effect test method. The research results show that foreign direct investment has a direct and significant positive role in promoting the improvement of carbon productivity. At the same time, foreign direct investment indirectly promotes the improvement of carbon productivity through industrial structure and technological progress. The control variables human capital, the level of openness, the level of financial development, and the level of urbanization are significant positively correlated factors affecting carbon productivity. The improvement of energy structure is conducive to the improvement of carbon productivity, and there is a negative correlation between foreign direct investment and carbon productivity. In the empirical test of samples in different regions, OFDI in the eastern region has a greater impact on carbon productivity.
