摘要
文章利用耦合协调度模型,从时空维度定量测算2010—2019年中国数字经济与科技创新耦合协调的发展状况。结果表明:中国数字经济与科技创新耦合协调发展水平在研究期内持续提升,整体呈现出“拮抗—磨合—协调”的演进态势,具体表现为“数字经济滞后科技创新—同步发展—科技创新滞后数字经济”的相对发展趋势;各省份数字经济与科技创新耦合协调水平表现出跨越式发展态势,但整体上协调质量还较低;区域间耦合协调水平有明显差异,东部地区各省份提升较快,中部、西部、东北地区各省份则相对滞后。
This paper uses the coupling coordination model to quantitatively measure the coupling and coordinated development of China’s digital economy and scientific and technological innovation from 2010 to 2019 based on the space-time dimension. The results show that the coupling and coordinated development level of China’s digital economy and scientific and technological innovation continues to improve during the study period, showing an overall evolution trend of "antagonism-running-coordination", and the specific manifestation is "digital economy lags behind scientific and technological innovation-synchronous development-scientific and technological innovation lags behind digital economy". The coupling coordination level of digital economy and technological innovation in all provinces has achieved leapfrog development, but the coordination quality of most provinces is low. There are significant differences in the level of coupling and coordination in each region. The level of coupling and coordination in the eastern region has increased rapidly,while the provinces in the central, western, and northeastern regions are relatively lagging behind.
