摘要
知识异质性在为研发团队带来跨领域知识和多元创新思维的同时,也进一步增加了团队成员的知识复杂性、背景差异和沟通障碍。为厘清知识异质性对研发团队创造力的影响,文章构建了以两者为核心的基础模型,考察了知识整合能力、主观关系体验在两者关系中的中介和调节效应。研究发现:知识异质性对研发团队创造力有正向影响,知识整合能力在两者关系中起到中介效应,而主观关系体验正向调节知识异质性对研发团队创造力的积极影响。
Knowledge heterogeneity not only brings cross-domain knowledge and diversified innovative thinking to the R&D team,but also increases the knowledge complexity,background differences and communication barriers of team members.In order to further clarify the impact of knowledge heterogeneity on the creativity of R&D teams,this paper constructs a basic research model centered on these two factors,and further investigates the mediating and moderating effects of knowledge integration ability and subjective relationship experience.Through empirical analysis,this article finds that knowledge heterogeneity has a positive impact on team creativity,knowledge integration ability plays a mediating effect on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and team creativity,and subjective relationship experience has a moderating effect on them.
