农业保险对农民收入及农业经济的影响

Research on the Impact of Agricultural Insurance on Farmers’Income and Agricultural Economy

农民收入和农业经济是我国乡村经济的重要组成部分,研究农业保险对农民收入和农业经济的影响具有重要意义。文章采用静态面板模型、动态面板模型以及中介效应模型,以我国省级面板数据为基础,对我国农业保险发展如何影响农民收入及农业经济进行了全面分析。研究结果发现,农业保险可以稳定并微弱提升农民收入,促进农业经济可持续发展,但因不同地区政策、农业地位等的不同,影响不尽相同。本文以农民收入作为中介变量,分析农业保险对农业经济的影响,其中,西部地区的中介效应最高。各个控制变量对农业经济的影响也具有区域差异性,中部地区人均播种面积对农业经济影响最大,西部地区农业现代化水平对农业经济影响最为明显,东部次之。

Farmers’income and agricultural economy are important parts of the rural economy in China.It is of great significance to research the impact of agricultural insurance on farmers’income and agricultural economy.In this paper,the static panel model,dynamic panel model and intermediary effect model are adopted to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of agricultural insurance development on farmers’income and agricultural economy based on China’s provincial panel data.The results show that agricultural insurance can stabilize and slightly increase farmers’income and promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy,but the im⁃pact varies from region to region due to regional differences in policies and status of agriculture.Taking farmers’income as the intermediary variable,this paper analyzes the impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural econo⁃my,in which the intermediary effect is the highest in the western region.The impact of each control variable on agri⁃cultural economy also has regional difference,in which the per capita sown area in the central region has the great⁃est impact on the agricultural economy,and the level of agricultural modernization in the western region has the most obvious impact on the agricultural economy,followed by the western region.
