锌液中的铁元素对热镀锌产品质量影响分析及控制

摘要 结合马钢冷轧多条连续热镀锌生产线多年的生产实践,简要分析了锌液中的铁元素对热镀锌产品质量的影响。并从原料表面清洁度要求、热镀锌线镀前清洗工艺控制、热浸镀工艺控制等几个方面,阐述了通过工艺控制有效降低锌液中的铁元素,减少给热镀锌产品表面质量带来的影响。 The influence of iron in zinc solution on the quality of hot-dip galvanized products is briefly analyzed in the context of the production practice of several continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines in cold rolling mill of Masteel for many years.In addition,the ef⁃fective reduction of iron in zinc solution through process control is described from several aspects,including raw material surface cleanliness requirements,hot-dip galvanizing line pre-coating cleaning process control and hot-dip coating process control,so as to reduce its impact on the surface quality of hot-dip galvanizing products.
