厚度大于2.0 mm的双相钢DP600窄搭接焊工艺探讨

摘要 介绍了DP600厚度2.0 mm以上窄搭接难焊的原因;对DP600厚度2.5 mm与DX51D厚度2.5 mm的窄搭接焊缝断带的原因进行了分析;研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响。结果表明:焊接电流为19.0 kA,焊轮移动速度为5.8 m/min,电极压力为22 kN,操作侧搭接量为1.7 mm,传动侧搭接量为2.6 mm时,焊接工艺参数最佳,焊缝质量良好。 This article introduces the reasons why narrow lap joints on DP600 with thickness greater than 2.0 mm are difficult to weld;analyzes the causes of strip breakage in narrow lap joints between 2.5 mm DP600 and 2.5 mm DX51D;studies the influence of weld⁃ing process parameters on weld quality.The results show that when the welding current is 19.0 kA,the welding wheel moving speed is 5.8 m/min,the electrode pressure is 22 kN,the operating side lap is 1.7 mm and the transmission side lap is 2.6 mm,the welding process parameters are optimal and the weld quality is good.
