摘要
通过对无取向硅钢层间电阻和膜重进行检测分析,初步制定了现场层间电阻和膜重的内控标准,同时结合生产实际对层间电阻和膜重之间的影响规律进行了简要分析,当膜重小于500 mg/m^(2)时,层间电阻随着膜重的增加而升高,整体呈抛物线形式;而膜重范围在500~550 mg/m^(2)时,膜重变化不大,但层间电阻差距较为明显。
By testing and analyzing the layer resistance and film weight of non-orient⁃ed silicon steel,the internal control standard on site of layer resistance and film weight was initially formulated,and the influence rules between layer resistance and film weight were briefly analyzed in conjunction with the actual production.When the film weight is less than 500 mg/m^(2),the layer resistance increases with the increase of the film weight in an overall parabolic form;while the film weight ranges from 500 to 550 mg/m^(2),the film weight does not change much,but the layer resistance gap is more obvious.
