摘要
分析了马钢彩涂机组覆膜生产线,由于冲降套过程速度变化大,开膜距离长以及涂层效果不同,生产过程易出现无膜、膜起皱、膜跑偏、板面残胶、膜脱落及二次上线覆膜等问题。通过增加保护膜长度、优化覆膜压力、精准控制覆膜张力,重新匹配对应保护膜等工艺,较好地解决了覆膜产品生产不稳定问题。
In coating production line for color-painting units of Masteel,due to the big speed change in the shearing process,the long distance of coating and the different coating effect,the production process is prone to the problems of no film,film wrinkling,film running,board residual glue,film peeling and secondary coating.Through process such as increasing the length of protective film,optimizing the coating pressure,precisely control⁃ling the coating tension,and rematching the corresponding protective film,the problem of unstable production of coating products is better solved.
