对单机架可逆式轧机改造前的张力AGC控制原理进行了介绍,对新增HYBRIDAGC控制系统中张力控制部分进行了阐述。现场实际应用表明,新的厚度控制系统能使轧制厚度精度得到提高,满足了更高产品质量要求。

The tension AGC control principle of the single-stand reversible mill before the renovation is introduced,and the tension control part of the new HYBRID AGC control system is described.The actual field application shows that the new thickness control sys⁃tem can make the rolling thickness accuracy improve to meet the higher product quality re⁃quirements.
