摘要
硅钢在冷轧过程中带钢边部减薄产生边降,导致冲压叠片后产品尺寸不一,影响产品使用,为减少边降影响,设计使用三次函数辊形,通过使用凸度辊减少带钢轧制过程中的边降,提高产品尺寸精度,降低冲压不良率。
During the cold rolling process of silicon steel,the edge of the strip is thinned to produce edge drop,resulting in different sizes of products after stamping and lam⁃inating,which affects the use of products.In order to reduce the effect of edge drop,the design uses a cubic function roll shape,by using convexity rollers to reduce edge drop dur⁃ing strip rolling,which improves product dimensional accuracy and reduces stamping defect rate.
