摘要
连续热镀锌产品板面出现严重横向条纹,通过现场排查并结合理论分析,发现光整机辊系张力控制及精度问题是产生横向条纹的主要原因。采取规范辊系验收,完善相关辊系检查、更换标准、优化辊系使用周期及光整拉矫区域张力优化等措施,可预防类似横向条纹缺陷。
It was found that the roller system of the finishing machine was the main cause of the transverse streaks showed on continuous hot-dip galvanized sheets through on site investigation and theoretical analysis.Similar transverse streak defects can be prevented by adopting measures such as standardizing roller system acceptance,improving the relevant roller system inspection/replacement standards,optimizing the use cycle of roller system and optimizing the tension in the finishing and tension leveling area.
