摘要
分析了工作辊刀花印的产生原因,制定了2种有效解决方案。方案一选择合适的砂轮硬度和砂轮边部形成圆角,解决砂轮边部的尖角在轧辊表面刻划;方案二解决轻微的螺旋走刀痕,在精磨时降低Z向移动速度、固定砂轮收刀方向、精磨时增加X轴的反向进给。通过实施后,凸度工作辊的磨削基本能消除螺旋走刀痕,解决工作辊刀花印问题,保证轧辊磨削质量。
The causes of knife marks on the work roller were analyzed and 2 effective solutions were formulated.Solution 1:Selecting the appropriate grinding wheel hardness and wheel edges to form rounded corners to solve the problem of sharp corners scoring on the surface of rollers;Solution 2:Solving the slight spiral knife marks by reducing the Z-axis movement speed,fixing the grinding wheel closing direction,and increasing the reverse feed of the X-axis during fine grinding.After the implementation,the grinding of convexity work roller can basically eliminate the spiral marks,so as to solve the knife mark problem on the work roller.
