This article introduces the structure of the digital steel coil system in cold rolling mill of Masteel,focusing on the composition of the digital system,network and data communication system,and the application of digital information in actual production as well.The system centralizes data from scattered subsystems or individual devices into one data platform,then unifies,matches and analyzes the data to optimizes the production pro⁃cess parameters through the analysis results.
