摘要
针对复杂决策环境中难以找出最优目标的问题,运用迭代法,建立多目标决策模型,通过目标函数确定最优决策目标。将此模型应用于购房还贷,以此验证模型的可行性和有效性,并对购房者给出相应的决策建议。
Aiming at the problem which is difficult to find the optimal objective in a complex decision environment,a multi-objective decision model was developed by using an iterative method.The optimal decision objective was determined through an objective function.In order to verify the feasibility and validity of the model,it was applied to mortgage repayment.It gives home buyers some suggestion to decision making.
