摘要
首先指出科技创新和人才培养的重要意义,通过对比国内外科技创新发展现状,发现我国创新人才指数区域差距大、创新产出区域差距明显等问题,最后从完善科技创新人才培养的体制机制和政策措施、完善科技创新人才培养体系两大方面提出对策建议,为我国更好地进行科技创新人才培养提供参考。
This paper first points out the importance of scientific and technological innovation and talent training. By comparing the current situation of scientific and technological innovation and development at home and abroad, the paper finds that there are problems such as the large regional gap in China’s innovation talent index and the obvious regional gap in innovation output. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of improving the institutional mechanism and policy measures for the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents and improving the training system of scientific and technological innovation talents, so as to provide reference for China to better cultivate scientific and technological innovation talents.
