摘要
为使得各在线医疗社区意识到在线医疗信息可以影响用户的线下就医选择、行为和满意度,进一步提供高质量、易于理解和学习的在线医疗信息,通过搭建在线医疗社区知识服务对用户线下就医满意度的影响模型,进行调查、问卷数据收集,以及利用Amos 21.0验证模型中的假设,研究在线医疗社区所提供的知识服务对用户线下就医满意度的影响因素,得出在线医疗社区知识服务的感知易用性和权威性以及准确性均对感知有用性有显著正向影响;感知易用性、感知有用性以及感知质量(权威性、准确性、及时性)均显著影响知识服务满意度,进而正向影响用户的线下就医满意度。
In order to make the online medical community aware that online medical information can affect users’offline medical choices,behaviors and satisfaction,further provide high-quality,easy-to-understand and learnable online medical information,the impact of knowledge services provided by online medical communities on users’offline medical satisfaction is studied through the construction of the impact model of online medical community knowledge services on users’offline medical satisfaction,questionnaire data collection,and using Amos 21.0 to verify the assumptions in the model.It is concluded that the perceived ease of use,authority and accuracy of online medical community knowledge services have a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness,and the perceptual ease of use,perceived usefulness and perceived quality(authority,accuracy,timeliness)all significantly affect the satisfaction of knowledge services,which in turn positively affect the user’s offline medical satisfaction.
