Development and Optimization Suggestions for the Shenzhen Science and Technology Incubators

基于科技部火炬中心2016年至2020年间科技企业孵化器相关统计数据,对深圳科技企业孵化器各项重点发展指标进行分析,阐明深圳科技企业孵化器发展现状及趋势,归纳其发展特点。针对深圳科技企业孵化器在运营中存在的盈利能力较差、收支结构不合理、发展不平衡等问题进行研究,在深圳提升“五力”打造“五地”的背景下,从完善科技企业孵化器评价体系、加强专业科技企业孵化器建设、构建科技企业孵化器发展协同网络等方面为深圳科技企业孵化器高质量发展提出建议。

Based on the data from 2016 to 2020 of the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, the Ministry of Science & Technology, this paper analyses the key development indicators of Shenzhen science and technology incubators, and illustrates their status, growing trend as well as development characteristics. The paper studies the problems of Shenzhen science and technology incubators in operation, like poor profitability, unreasonable revenue and expenditure structure and unbalanced development. In the context of Shenzhen’s upgrading of the “five forces” to create “five places”, the paper puts forward suggestions on the high-quality development of Shenzhen science and technology business incubator from the aspects of improving the evaluation system of science and technology incubators, strengthenning the construction of professional science and technology incubators, building a collaborative development network for science and technology incubators.
