化工生产安全检测系统应用研究

摘要 为实时检测化工生产安全并及时应对突发情况,设计基于自动控制技术的化工生产安全检测系统。系统利用温湿度、粉尘浓度、气体浓度等多种传感器采集环境信息,经与设定参数值对比分析后,PLC自动控制模块通过将传感器采集到的数据转换成电信号,利用中间继电器传输信号并驱动电机和控制回路实现控制,经路由节点和网关将控制结果传输到安全状态检测模块,利用基于最小二乘回归的化工生产安全状态检测模型检测化工生产安全状态,并将检测结果通过用户终端向用户呈现。实验结果表明,单因变量的状态检测模型更适合本文系统,不会引入过多噪声影响检测精准度;该系统的自动控制响应速度快,能在较短时间内稳定异常,表现出良好的可靠性和安全性。 In order to detect chemical production safety in real time and deal with emergencies in time,a chemical production safety detection system based on automatic control technology is designed.The system uses temperature and humidity,dust concentration,gas concentration and various sensors to collect environmental information.After comparison and analysis with the set parameter values,the PLC automatic control module converts the data collected by the sensor into electrical signals,uses the intermediate relay to transmit signals and drive the motor and control circuit to achieve control.The control results are transmitted to the safety state detection module through the routing node and gateway.The chemical production safety state detection model based on least square regression is used to detect the chemical production safety state,and the detection results are presented to the user through the user terminal.The experimental results show that the single dependent variable state detection model is more suitable for the system in this paper,and will not introduce too much noise to affect the detection accuracy.The automatic control of the system has fast response speed,can stabilize abnormalities in a short time,and shows good reliability and safety.
