特大型输电线路大跨越塔组塔倾斜式升降机导轨结构快速校核 被引量:1

摘要 以500 kV江阴长江第二跨越的特大型输电线路大跨越塔组塔工程为背景,介绍了SCQ90式作业人员运输升降机的功能和结构方案,主要对倾斜式升降机的导轨结构强度和稳定性开展研究。该导轨装置全长332 m,含标准导轨架227节,结构复杂,若采用常规有限元方法对全模型进行计算,势必在短时间内无法得到准确结果,不利于快速迭代、校核,甚至延误工程周期。结合解析法和结构化等多维度简化策略,提出了该升降机导轨结构强度快速计算方法。研究表明,该计算方法能够明显加快导轨装置结构计算,并具有理想的计算精确度,在实际工程中值得推广。结合研究对象,得到了该升降机导轨结构强度和稳定性结论,提出了相应的工程改进建议,有效指导了设计和施工。 Taking the large span tower group project of the second crossing of the 500 kV Jiangyin Yangtze River as the background,the structure and function of SCQ90 operator transport elevator was introduced in this paper,and the structural strength and stability of the guide rail of the non-counterweight medium speed inclined elevator was mainly studied.The whole length of the guide rail is 332 m,including 227 sections of the standard guide rail frame.Conventional finite element method could not get the accurate result in a short time because of the complex structure,which is not good for fast iteration and check,and even delays the engineering cycle.Therefore,a fast calculation method for the structural strength of the elevator guide rail was proposed by combining the analytic method and structured strategy.The research showed that this calculation method can accelerate the structure calculation of the guide rail device significantly,and had ideal calculation accuracy,which was worth popularizing in actual engineering.Combined with the research object,this paper got the conclusion of the structural strength and stability of the elevator guide rail,and put forward the corresponding engineering improvement suggestions.
