摘要
在全球科技不断进步,新兴技术层出不穷的背景下,有价值、关键的科学知识转移是企业进行技术创新的基础来源。以人工智能领域为例,构建了中国人工智能科技创新知识流向概念模型,并在文献和专利双源数据导航下,刻画了科技知识在学术界和企业界之间的转移分布。研究发现:学术界知识流向高校、研究院所和企业,主要流动方向为高校;相比基础科学知识的转移,学术界向企业转移应用性技术知识的比例大;应用性技术知识的转移多发生于同性质的机构企业之间,跨越组织性质产生的知识流动较少。
With the continuous progress of global science and technology and the emergence of emerging technologies,valuable and key scientific knowledge transfer is the basic source of technological innovation.Taking the field of artificial intelligence as an example,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the flow of scientific and technological innovation knowledge in Chinese artificial intelligence,and describes the transfer and distribution of scientific and technological knowledge between academia and business under the navigation of literature and patent data.It is found that academic knowledge flows to universities,research institutes and enterprises,and the main flow direction is universities;Compared with the transfer of basic scientific knowledge,the proportion of applied technical knowledge transferred from academia to enterprises is large;The transfer of applied technical knowledge mostly occurs between institutions and enterprises of the same nature,and there is less knowledge flow across organizational nature.
