青少年英雄榜样教育的三重审视

摘要 价值、境遇与路径是全面审视青少年英雄榜样教育的三个维度。从价值视角审视,英雄榜样教育有益于促进青少年自我认同、激发精神力量、启迪生命意义。从境遇视角审视,英雄榜样选树的偏差、宣传教育的不足、偶像文化的冲击以及多元社会思潮的侵袭,弱化了英雄榜样教育的作用。从优化视角审视,需在英雄榜样的选树、宣传教育方式的改进、教育者身体力行的示范、寻找英雄榜样与偶像的共生点以及主旋律的弘扬上用力。 Value,situation and path are the three dimensions of a comprehensive review of hero model education for teenagers.From the perspective of value,hero model education is beneficial to promote teenagers′self-identification,stimulates their spiritual strength and enlightens the meaning of life.From the perspective of situation,the role of hero model education has been weakened due to the deviation of hero model selection,the defects of publicity and education,the impact of idol culture and the invasion of pluralistic trends of social thoughts.From the perspective of optimization,efforts should be made in the selection of hero models,the improvement of publicity and education methods,the actual demonstration of the educators,the search for the symbiosis between hero models and idols,and the promotion of the main theme.
