摘要
分析了李家壕选煤厂煤泥水难沉降原因,并使用不同分子量阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、不同离子度阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和不同分子量非离子型聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)作为絮凝剂,使用钠盐、钾盐、钙盐、镁盐、铁盐、铝盐和聚合氯化铝作为凝聚剂对煤泥水进行了沉降试验。研究结果表明:聚合氯化铝作为凝聚剂,分子量为1800万的非离子型聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂,二者组合使用煤泥水沉降速度快,沉降后澄清区浊度低,煤泥水沉降效果较好。
In this work,the reasons for the difficult sedimentation of coal slime in Lijiahao coal preparation plant were analyzed,and different molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide(APAM),different ionic degree cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)and different molecular weight non-ionic polyacrylamide(NPAM)were used as flocculants.The sedimentation test of coal slime water was carried out using sodium salt,potassium salt,calcium salt,magnesium salt,iron salt,aluminum salt and polyaluminum chloride as coagulants.The results show that the combination of polyaluminum chloride as coagulant and nonionic polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 18 million as flocculant has a fast sedimentation rate of slime water,low turbidity in the clarification area after sedimentation,and a better sedimentation effect of slime water.
